About Us
Bloom Autism Center
Helping Every Child Bloom
At Bloom Autism Center, we are built on a foundation of service, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to improving lives. Our organization was founded to meet the urgent and growing need for high-quality autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across Las Vegas and throughout Southern Nevada.
Our Story
Bloom Autism Center was established by a leadership team rooted in a lifetime of service to others. At Bloom Autism Center, our mission is simple: to help every child reach their fullest potential while supporting families with compassionate, evidence-based care. Our organization was founded on a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and improving the lives of individuals and families facing challenges. Our Executive Director has dedicated his entire adult life to serving others through military service, public service, healthcare leadership, and community advocacy. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of 2D Chance Inc., where he led mental and behavioral health initiatives serving low-income, disadvantaged, justice-involved, and underserved populations throughout Southern Nevada. Prior to that, he served as Chairman and CEO of Silver State Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), where he helped expand access to comprehensive healthcare services for vulnerable communities. Throughout his career, his leadership has remained focused on increasing access to care, improving outcomes, and removing barriers that prevent individuals and families from receiving the support they deserve.
The foundation of Bloom Autism Center is strengthened by decades of experience in executive leadership, healthcare administration, and organizational management. Our Co-Founder brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience spanning healthcare, government service, military operations, logistics management, strategic planning, and organizational development. A retired Army officer, combat veteran, and former senior federal civilian executive, he has managed organizations ranging from small community-based programs to large multidisciplinary operations involving hundreds of personnel and multimillion-dollar budgets. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Master of Science in Logistics Management, and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology. This unique combination of executive leadership, healthcare governance, operational excellence, and commitment to public service provides the strategic vision behind Bloom Autism Center’s mission and long-term growth.
